1. Inserts Selection Guidance

1) Cubed Foam

The foam inserts has characteristics as good elasticity, shock absorption, flexibility, breathability, and portability. It suits for the light equipment lower than 10KG, like camera, SLR lens, watch, antique porcelain, etc. Normally the standard equipped foam is high density sponge in black color, while foam in other hardness, density, color is available for customization. The standard sponge configuration is waved foam in the case lip and pre-cut square grid foam inner the case, other requested shape needs customization of cutting mold.

2) EPE

EPE inserts has stronger load-bearing capacity than the normal foam, suits for the slightly heavier equipment like drone, fusion splicer, medical instruments, etc.

3) EVA

EVA inserts has much higher hardness to withstand even more pressure. At the same time, EVA has excellent properties as moisture resistance, shock resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. EVA can be stamped or carved into shape, having strong designability. But its disadvantage is odor, the odorless material cost too expensive. EVA inserts suits for the storage of heavy equipment up to 150KG, like the guns and ammunition, demolition equipment, industrial drone, ANPR camera, oil excavation drill bit, cutting tool, etc.

4) XPE

XPE inserts is more environmentally-friendly than EVA, odorless in more controllable quality, suits for the sensitive equipment in high request situation.

2. Padded Dividers

In scenarios where partition protection is required for equipment or components, you can choose padded dividers. With repositionable Velcro fasteners, the padded dividers can be easily customized according to your needs, making it easy to organize and protect your devices. The padded dividers can be used for selected cases, please contact us for confirmation of specific models.

3. Custom Integrated Panel

Both the case top and bottom are available for panel kit with multiple options for fixed methods based on specific needs. And the panel material could be metal, PVC, acrylic, and injection plastic in requested customized mold for the big volume orders which needs client provided designed drawing.

4. Custom Collecting Pouch

The collecting pouch mainly solves the difficulty of placing goods on the case top in practical applications, makes the organization nice and convenient access, which is mostly applicated in various tool industries. When layered placement is needed inner the case, collecting pouch can also be used to achieve. The collecting pouch customization is no need for molding, so it shorts the sampling time and lows the cost.

5. Custom Color

1) ProTech Cases

1) ProTech cases are available in up to 10 color options as black, red, olive drab, green, camo, yellow, orange, purple, blue, grey, etc. Besides to the regular colors, client can provide a color swatch or Pantone Num to custom color for case body, as well as the claw latch, handle, solf grip, retractable handle.

2) Water Transfer Printing, Spray Painting

ProTech provides options of water transfer printing and spray painting to custom the less common color like camo for the clients who needs small order quantity, using low budget to achieve personal demand.

6. Custom LOGO

ProTech provides several kinds of LOGO customization, such as metal nameplate, PVC and drop-glue. Among them, the metal nameplate adopts laser engraving method. Simply send your artwork and pattern to workout the case branding.

7. Custom Printing

ProTech provides printing service including screen printing, transfer printing, hot stamping, laser engraving to achieve cases’ modified customization. Both case body and inserts can apply this way. Under this customization, you are requested to send character, graphic, pattern and other artwork.

8. Other Customization
