ProTech cases are mainly made of PP-polypropylene, without any pollution during the production process. ProTech use 100% brand-new raw material, not involved in any other harmful impurities, plus professional prototyping technique, to make sure each case has the same hardness and durability in the full body.
ProTech use unique patented formula, adds various modified materials such as enhanced weather resistance, UV resistance, and increased strength to the material, to have the cases achieve the characteristics of weather resistance, non easily aging, and durability.

ProTech cases are design and manufactured always adhere to waterproof and dustproof standards. There are watertight seal which is one shot injection molding o-type gasket ring on both edges in cover lip and case body, to ensure no drop of water or dust can enter the closing case, achieving IP67 rated to keep your sensitive equipment stay dry and dust free.

ProTech case is made of hard thermoplastic, what’s more toughening materials are added to make the case more unbreakable. ProTech case is built to absorb the shocks without damage the case or more importantly your valuables. After being crushed by a vehicle, heavy objects falling, or falling from high altitude, there is no sign of the case crush or breaking. It has passed various tests perfectly. Highly impact resistant, light and rugged, ProTech case’s working temperature reaches -40 ° C to 90 ° C, it’s suitable for use in extremely cold environments.

ProTech latch adopts power claw latching system, clamps the case tightly closed using compressive force, ensures your valuable items are well protected. The integrated light touch lifting lock provides additional security to prevent your case from opening during transportation or when it drops. The super tough nylon structure ensures that your valuables remain safe, no matter where your journey is.

Outdoor goods often face the impact of rain, fog, ice and snow, sandstorms, and changes in temperature between day and night. Therefore, it is particularly necessary for temperature sensitive outdoor goods to be able to adapt to various weather changes. ProTech ventilating value can solve the problem of imbalanced air pressure difference inside and outside the case while it’s used in highland area, simultaneously preventing the invasion of water molecules，making the goods have an ultra strong service life.

Durable and Comfortable, it has always been the design concept of ProTech cases’ handle. No matter what size or series, we have equipped each case with soft wrap grip handle. The grip handle use the same material as the case body, be lightweight and indestructible, and be more comfortable and easily portable after equipping with impact resistant wrap grip.

The four engineered pits on case surface match with the convex feet on case bottom, formed a stable and balanced mosaic structure, makes the cases stack up to 3.85 meters high without producing a 1cm tilt, provides a convenient and reliable stacking way.

Hardware in each component is made of marine grade #304 stainless steel, which is resistant to weak corrosive media like air and water, sturdy and durable. By using the high grade materials, we can create a better accessory, a great protective case.

Each ProTech case has two lock holes equipped with metal lock-clips, which are available for any padlock. The high grade TSA padlock is available for selected items, to ensure the safety of your valuables in the case.

Smooth and stable move is the most important advantage of our pulley wheels, especially when transporting heavy equipment. ProTech pulleys are made of nylon plastic polyamide PA6, using stainless steel bearing, sturdy, lightweight, and durable. ProTech wheels are wrapped with PVC-polyvinyl chloride, so it rotates with shock absorption and quietness.

ProTech specially-design the 2-stage platelike retractable handle for the heavy duty cases, which is more stable, powerful, and less prone to deformation than the ordinary double draw-bars’ handle. Even an adult male can stand up on the platelike handle and not break. The red button on the platelike handle needs to be pressed inward at the same time to stretch out or retract, so that the platelike handle will not enter the sheath randomly due to external force after being unsheathed.
